According to Bernard, traditional CV-based hiring has some loopholes. It might make the employers develop unconscious biases based on appearance, education, etc. In comparison, algorithmic assessment tools tend to focus more on age, experience, and location. To prevent such biased hiring it is high time, we start focusing on using AI tools to filter candidates. AI will make the hiring process more skill-based and more equal opportunity.
